Hi
Had system since May and had problem ONLY RECENTLY I really need to point that out because of the problem.

CPU :Intel 2600K 3.4

Memory :Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX)

Motherboard: Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 Intel P67 Chipset (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard - (Sandybridge) ** B3 REVISION **

Problem is my system wont clock back to 3.4

When you either put x16 on memory to get 1600mhz memory speed or just use profile 1 and leave everything on auto CPU ramps up to 3.8.

Thanks in advance Nigel

Was fine doing this for ages so HELP

CPU runs fine at 3.8 but am having problems with new graphics card not being 100% stable so rule 1 for me is stop OC everything.

Overclocks are stored onboard the mobo so your first port of call should be, clear Cmos :) not sure about your board tbh, you may want to consult your manual, but it should be a little 3pin 'thing' with a sliding clip on it covering two of the pins. :)

Clearing Cmos should clear everything related to bootup from storage, not sure how it works with Intel boards but it sounds like there is something wrong with your board tbh

anyways about your graphics card, did you overclock it? if so and it's not stable, either bump the voltages or lower the clock until it levels out :)

What card is it just out of interest?

Graphics card MSI Lightning 6970 and not OC

Fixed the Bios problem by going back to F4 revision.

Now board stable can really test my card for stability as so far its been a right pain!
