Help! My shower is Broken

It's a power shower and I just turned it off after a shower but the water is still pouring out of it even though the motor has been switched off.

I have switched the water off in the kitchen but the shower is still gushing cold water.

What should I do?

Are you sure you've not just turned the water off for the washing machine instead?

If it's a power shower it's probably fed from a header tank. Turn off the mains water, open all your taps to drain it and then call a plumber to fix it.

For Pete's sake Khaaan! Do you know how difficult it is to tread water and hold your laptop at the same time

First thing I would do would be to run to the bedroom and put my PJays on and wait for the water to get up around nose height. Then I'd take off my jimjam bottoms, tie knots in the bottom of the legs and make one of those big sausage shaped airbags. Hey presto ... You could float and type at the same time!

If you get bored waiting on the plumber .... try to find a rubber brick and see if you can fetch it from the bottom of your room.
