Pump has proberly gone take off the shower head and kneel and hold the hose down below the shower and get washed, thats what ive been doing for the past new months

WHAT!!! Sod that for a game of soldiers. Here's an easier way to save any back ache.

Why don't you put the shower head on the bottom of the shower tray and hold it there with your feet. Turn the shower on full blast and enjoy an upside down shower just like they do in Australia
