Help, i have accidently deleted a video clip of my N95, Is there anyway of getting it back?

A simple google search for "memory card recovery" yielded the following results:

Anyone no of some free software that will work? i have tried a few already but they take hours.

if it was a default video, it might be recoverable by hard resetting? :s aint too sure, and prob not worth the risk either..
