help name a film?

Hi

Hopefully someone can help name a film I would like to rent if possible but I cant think of the name of it and Im not sure its that good but anyway..

It may not be released yet as I think it is fairly new its a scary movie and I can remember seeing trailers on tv where he goes in a loft and finds a box with contents of camera or film if memory serves me.

Its not a lot to go on sorry , I thought it had Mark wahllberg in it but cant see it listed on imdb.

It actually is one of the best recent horrors, but allowing the fact almost all of them have been complete tripe it still only manages to be good, has some quite freaky bits.

Case 39 is another great recent horror. Very underrated imo. I'd rate it up there with the ring and the grudge
