Help Name A Programme ?

Hi Guys,

I've just upgraded my pc cos my old SSD died and i was due an upgrade.

I used to have a program, which let me extend the task bar to my other screen and assign different wall papers to each screen but for the life of me i can not remember what it was ?

any ideas ?
