Help. Need to find a toy, can't think of it's name!

Howdy OCUK,

Anyone got any idea of the toy I am about to describe?

It is a small snake like thing about 5 - 6" long. Made out of this slinky fur stuff and has a bit of line attached to it. They come in bright colours. You sometimes see them being sold on the street and who ever is selling them has it running through their fingers etc.

I have been googling for a while now, but I can't think of it's name.

EDIT: I just read the snake 5 - 6" thing.

but as i read on... i know what you mean! They sold them at garden centers as well... they had a video that would be playing at the stand.

need bit more description, perhaps use the aid of MS painter to present it to us OcUK broad members??
 
hey, thanks for posting this - been looking at what "trinket" to buy firneds as a fun little thing for xmas day - just bough six of them off ebay.

Can't wait to try one out on my 20 month old son - he loves animals :-)
 
I remember having a couple of these as a kid, tie the bit of thread through a button hole and then let it run through your hands.

Good times...
