Help Needed for Overclocking Q6600 SLACR on P5QL-PRO

Hello everyone,

I have a custom built computer and would like some instructions on how to overclock Q6600 on a P5QL PRO Motherboard.

- It has 4x1GB DDR-667 RAM (2 modules are Corsair and 2 are OCZ)
- Antec Earthwatts 500W PSU
- Zalman CNPS5X CPU Cooler
- 2x 120mm Fans on case
- 500GB hard drive

I have installed CPU-Z, SpeedFan and Prime95.

All help would be appreciated.

Yes it's Basic Input Output System
I just want to know what figures to use for Vcore, FSB, Multiplier, CPU and RAM voltage.
