(Help needed) New motherboard and Cpu freeze while booting windows.

Clearing CMOS should've reset BIOS to stock settings. Isn't FCLK 800MHz the stock setting?

You would think so. But for some reason it wasn't.for my i9 9900k.

And 800 worked only when i had 2 or less ram sticks connected . When i had all 4 ram sticks in i had to set it on 400 to boot.
