Help Needed NOOB!

If water is pulsing round then it sounds like either the pump is faulty or you have a blockage/air lock somewhere, or both!

The only sensible thing to do IMO would be to completely strip down the loop and the components, clean, fit new tubing, new fluid and test that pump while its out of the case.

well i cant hear it now, but when it boots up etc i hear it.
Ok i'll get some thermal paste and have a look at stripping it down and cleaning it inside and out.
Any tips?

Drain it first, get as much fluid out of the loop as you can and as its your first time it wouldn't hurt to remove as many components from the loop as possible before taking hoses off :)

Edit: also remove the blocks from their respective components prior to opening the blocks up. If in doubt, leak test a block before re-fitting it. You can never be too over-cautious with water :)

If it is your first time, why don't you do some reading first - like the stickies in this forum about watercoling?
It may take some time, but it will definitely help!

cool,
will have a proper fiddle and play when i get the stuff! was trying to avoid this but still i best do it properly

what temps should i be getting from a cooled GPU when working 50-60?
