Last Friday night I o/c my cpu from around 3.3 to 3.6 but it didn't like it, clearly not enough voltage going through it. Anyhow I cleared the cmos jumper to enable to get it going again. On my second try it worked. I set it back to 3.29 where is was stable, or so seemed, and have been fine until tonight where its doing what it did before. I know this is down to the cpu not being able to handle the change, I would need to increase the voltage but I'm just too inexperienced and all I want is for it to 'work' again. Have taken out the battery this time and numerous cmos jump attempts but no good. It is posting and can hear the windows sounds so I know all is ok. Is there anything I can do that I haven't already done? Once I get this cpu to work stable again its going to run as the guarranteed speed of 3.0 this time.
Thanks.

This is not an overclocking issue if the system post's and you can hear windows starting, try reseating your graphics card. good luck
