might want to add a sound card but tbh will work with guitar as long as your programs support win 7 that is

ps, what else do you do on it? games? or something else which might need some better or different parts, or do you prefer intel?

we have both spec'ed mid range gaming cards, if you don't game you could spend this on more ram, faster hdd or solid state ones or a kick ass sound card tbh with some good speakers

Decision ,Decisions :D Would the on board sound be ok for routing my guitar thru my PC or should i get an seperate card .
Gonna do a bit of gaming so a middle of the road card should be ok and should be adequate for a couple years ,I hope :)
Thanks for your help guys
