Help needed regarding mSATA

I recently assembled a new PC but forgot to install the mSATA cache SSD I received.

I had already installed Windows by the time I realised and now that I have installed it I cannot get it to cache.

The drive is being detected and I can format it as an additional drive via disk manager but I cannot get it to work as a cache.

Any ideas?
