Help needed with firmware update on the Mobius Audeze

I know to some people its easy but im having a nightmare with updating the firmware. Do i need a mfw programme to open the files needed to update because when i download the files they appear in my downloads with an internet explorer symbol at the side of them and a box appears that asks me to open or save the file .If i click it it just puts the same file beneath the one in the box....its driving me crazy.Any help would be great

Is your antivirus software or firewall blocking the download? Just checked and everything downloads fine here for me.

hi Melmac.. it appears i was part way doing it right...i had another go other night and managed to update it ok. Thanks for the reply btw..
