my sisters cat looks a lot like that and i call him fraggles much to her dismay, she calls him rascal.
Fraggles is an awesome name
if i ever get another cat to join my other 2 ill call it fraggles just so i can shout oi you we fraggle at it 
current 2 are called ted and dougal or should that be father ted and father dougal since the dougal one is daft , he brings in leaves while ted brings in wood pigeons although dougal looks all proud when he drops a leave at your feet and a lot more dignifyed than ted who climbs up to a wood pigeon nest and grabs a pigeon nearly same size as him and climbs down the tree with it while its parents are attacking him.....
