help on awkward situation

tell the people in Nottingham to pay 15 pounds each the same price as getting a car there.

then simply tell the 6 coming from leads to put in an extra 10ner each.

this will balance the books so to speak.

Direct train to London St Pancras potentially as cheap as £10 advance single, travelling the eve before (~2.5hrs). Stay the night at St Pancras YHA just across the road £25. Trains every hour through the night from St Pancras to Luton Airport £14 (~1hr) including the shuttle bus. Returning to Leeds, nationalexpress coach for £28 (~5hrs).

So, ~£80, with the chance to catch several hours sleep rather than loitering in the airport.

Exactly, leave the people in Nottingham to sort themselves out.

If they want to drive, train, bus or hitchhike, it's up to them.

It's already been said but
Tell everyone to catch the bus and meet at the airport.
Always the cheapest option IMO.

If the latest you can get there is midnight you either kip on a bench at the airport or fork out for a bed at a hotel.
Pays your money, takes your choice.
