a Gtx570 reference design 1.2GB is all you need for thses size screens.

It also depends on what games you like. If you love metro, Crysis 2 and want to play BF3 on full then it may be worth it. However, the 570 is powerful enough TBH. 1.3 is more than enough VRAm for 1080p

Video editing has nothing to do with the size of the cards Vram.

As I said, if you really want to play them on high settings then it may be worth it, however the 570 is still a very good card and will be able to play it on high (well obviously we don't know about BF3 yet!)

your budget doesnt allow for a GTX580.

A Gelid tranqullio is a great cooler it is well reviewed and will easily cope with a overclock upto 4.8ghz.

If you are going to be overclocking a lot and want compete silence, then the silver arrow. Make sure it doesn't obstruct your RAM

Gelid tranquilo is still a great cooler though

For £7 extra I would go with the twin frozr design as it is a better cooler than the reference. MSI is also a great brand with a UK RMA centre.

If you plan on going SLI and are certain about it, the the reference card would be better, but you could always have one TF3 cooler card and a reference card. The problem with the TF3 cooler is that it does dump all the heat into your case which isn't such a problem if you have excellent airflow
