Help on building a pc please

Hi guys,
I am 15 years old and I have been gaming on a console. I've been saving up to buy a gaming pc can anyone advise me on an 800-900 pound build not including monitor or keyboard.
I mainly play call of duty and rocket league but I will mainly be playing fps shooters and I would the pc to run most if not all games smoothly. I would like it to be an amd system, can anyone help?

The main problems are that ryzen chips are hard to find atm and graphics cards are also hard to get hold off. If you can hold off until next year it should hopefully improve in the first couple of months.
