Hi

Just bought a second Samsung F3 as they are going so cheap, i want to raid them in raid 0 to give some performance boost.

i have read that it is best to create a 50gb partition as head space to keep the performance tip top.........is this true? does this partition need to be presented to windows with a drive letter?

i have settings for 16k, 32k, 64k, 128k in my raid setup program on the mobo, which one should i use for general pc gaming?

128 stripe is the best setting for raid 0. As per the partitioning, I dont have one, and my my samsung f3 raid is very quick. Just use the intel raid bios instead of the motherboards raid bios, i had much better results doing it that way
