Help on upgrade please

Hello,

I’ve bought a second hand pc to play call of duty on and tbh it sucks.

the recommended settings are:
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest Service Pack)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X processor
RAM: 12GB RAM
HDD: 175GB HD space
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1660 or Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
DirectX: Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

I currently have:
CPU - Intel Xeon e5 1620 v2

Main board - Intel x79g LGa 2011

Ram - 8gb ddr3

Graphics - Radeon rx 580

Ssd - kingchuxing 500gb

The psu is a game max 500w

what do I need to change to make it run?please post links and f possible thanks

Just so laggy, graphics don’t look to great; but I’ve noticed my gpu is okay,

I’m pretty sure all of the settings are low not sure how to check FPS

This will show what’s happening ingame and hopefully a better understanding of the problem your experiencing

Thankyou, so I actually found some AMD software on the pc and it shows me I’m getting 75 FPS with the performance grade marginal, the ram and cpu seems to running between 70/85%

Just looking to see if I can upgrade the ram or cpu or somthing to make it run
