Hello,

I’ve bought a second hand pc to play call of duty on and tbh it sucks.

the recommended settings are:
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit (latest Service Pack)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X processor
RAM: 12GB RAM
HDD: 175GB HD space
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 / GTX 1660 or Radeon R9 390 / AMD RX 580
DirectX: Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

I currently have:
CPU - Intel Xeon e5 1620 v2

Main board - Intel x79g LGa 2011

Ram - 8gb ddr3

Graphics - Radeon rx 580

Ssd - kingchuxing 500gb

The psu is a game max 500w

what do I need to change to make it run?please post links and f possible thanks

You're going to need to make sure all of the latest drivers have been downloaded from AMD for the gpu, and Intel for the CPU and motherboard. Then download something like MSI Afterburner, and run it while in game, to see each components' usage. There's no simple fix anyone can tell you, you're going to have to go through each main components 1 at a time to try and identify the issue.

That sounds like some at most step above Chinese firebomb junk.
Though considering SSD it might be some firebomb level junk.

Hopefully you din't pay much:

8GB memory is definitely little for heavier games.
And any upgrades should cost pocket money for that outdated no matter what you do PC:
CPU has less than half the power of next-gen console CPUs.
