Help on Windows Xp

Right crazy question time.

Have common share pc, basically its locked down so users can't do much.

Need to find out how someone can login as admin and for the life of me can't remember how to get the pc to ask for a login at boot

Control panel -> user accounts -> change the way users log on /off ?

PC is locked down so no control panel.

Think I might have found it, found something that mentions holding shift key during boot

Oh missed that sorry. What about pressing ctrl+alt+delete twice on the welcome screen?

F8 safe mode if the default admin account is still enabled.
