I cannot seem to login to Microsoft Ondrive on my PC or Laptop.

I have narrowed it dow to a Toob Internet issue i think. Can someone interprete these trace results for me please

So you think the problem is with your ISP?

Have you tried speaking to them?

Cant get through to them at the moment.

Just had a quick online chat and everything is working fine apparently.

From my untrained eye it looks as though data is getting stuck somewhere, i cannot even load the page
api.onedrive.com on my pc via home internet but on my phone i can.

Nothing has changed my end and im using a 3rd party router so that will cause no end of issues if i eventually get through.
No doubt they will want to run through the default reset process and make me plug their supplied router in.

Have you tried swapping back to the Toob-supplied router to test? It's understandable if they won't want to help you until this is done.

It’s a bit of faff to swap over. I’ve never had the Toob router plugged it it’s still sealed in the box.

I can’t see how all of a sudden my router has stopped one site from working. Surely this is down to a networking error somewhere upstream.

It might not even be toob at fault could be Ms but I’m unsure how to read the trace correctly.

They won't help you if you're using your own kit, and we don't even know what that kit is

Have you tried tethering your mobile phone to the PC or laptop and using mobile data? This would rule out it being your ISP if you still have the issue

I recently had a sort of similar issue happen. And it turned out it was the router in my case. Turned it off for 2 minutes, turned it back on, let it reconnect and no issues since. Wasn't entirely sure what the issue was, but it appeared the router was losing connection (not entirely) every 15-30 seconds (without actually having lost the connection, the connection light remained solid throughout) and not to all of the Internet, just portions of it. UK and European sites for example could be reached, but US sites couldn't.

If you can, a shut down and reboot of your router couldn't go amiss if nothing else helps.
