help optimising temperatures

looking at this pic could you suggest a better airflow etc etc, curently sits @ max 70oc under heavy load.

would like to drop allot if possible, a few extra notes , 2 of the top fans have shrouds on the inner side the other fans don't, theres a vent in the lower of the case for a 120mm fan.

the case sits under an open 10ft by 3ft shelf ( only obstruction is the rear wall )

just wondered if anyone else has a similar setup and have experimented with the best setup and could suggest any improvements, regards the waterloop and components i have tried every possible combination and the current one was the best.

Make the rear and front intake, and the top fans exhaust. This is due to heat rising up naturally. Some of the tubing looks quiet long too, so maybe try make then shorter so there will be less strain for the pump?
