Help overclocking E6600

Hey guys i over clocked before on my P5NE-SLI but it went fault so i had to buy a new board asap. I got a Asus P5P41C. Can anyone help or direct me to a thread about overclocking this board or a bios similar as its no where near the same options my last board had and id really like to get it to 3.0-3.2mhz as i know my gfx card atm is not performing how it use to.

Hi m8 thanks for reply, My cpu is currently @ 2.4 "stock speeds"

My rig is running a ultra 120 with 2 120mm fans so is defo up for the job for overclocking and the idle is around 25 - 28oc

This motherboards bios seems like its a stripped down version "running latest bios" Its nothing like my old one was. All i can find is CPU Frequency and Dram frequency

Ill take a look @ my bios with the provided link u gave me and see what i can do
