Help Overclocking

hi all as ive recently built a new system i would love to overclock it as it has a lot more potential thing is i dont have a clue where to start.

system specs:


Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz

Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-5400C4 PRO TwinX (2x1GB)

BFG GeForce 7950 GT OC 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)

Enermax Liberty 500W ELT500AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU


i would like to get it running at over 3gig if possible
any help appreciated
