Help!! PC not working

Hi,
Came to use my pc today and would not power up.
PSU comes on but the led in psu and on case just flickers constantly and nothing boots, no screen, nothing.

Any Ideas?

Still no luck, when i turn psu on it pulses about 5 times then starts up but makes odd noises, only have 1 graphics card, ram and cpu installed and still no startup beep or display power light just flickers along with the light in my psu which used to be on constant

Is it the PSU that is making odd noises?

If it is, I would recommend you don't turn the PC on again, until you try another PSU.

Can you get hold of another PSU to try?

I cannot get hold of a PSU to test on my system but i have tried it on an older system and it doesnt work om that either.

Need a PSU to test on mine really
