Most motherboards boot into a logo and then into Windows nowadays, the POST screen that you're describing is pretty old (like, a decade old, sorry about that :D).

As far as "how long should it take?", this is rather controversial for DDR5 boards, many of them are taking far longer than expected.

Hardware unboxed recently did a test of AM5 B650 boards and some of them took nearly a minute to boot, while the fastest was 23 seconds (the results are at @ 18:11 in the video). Future BIOS updates will hopefully address this problem.

Generally speaking, if you have a black screen and the motherboard logo, this is not related to your SSD, it is the motherboard (BIOS/UEFI firmware). Once you have passed this point and reached the spinning wheel, then the time from here, until you can type on the logon screen, this is due to your SSD.

My pc is taking around a total of about a minute to boot and get to windows unlock screen, it's taking more time from black screen to motherboard logo, so I guess thats something to do with the motherboard bios then..... I only have 2 RAM Slots filled, and 3 M.2 Drives connected to motherboard, as well as 10 SL 120 fans and an AIO.... so to be honest I dont think it should be taking this long to boot........ I was hoping for a 15-20 second into windows unlock screen or less.......

In regards to pc turning on itself sometimes when pluged in, this has not happened for last two days, I updated the bios to latest 0922 and double checked all cables......there was like a 1mm gap on the 24pin, I pushed it in as much as I could without breaking it! lol.... not turned on itself since.... hopefully the problem is solved.....

Only skimmed through the thread but have you checked the front io is is connected properly on the motherboard? Maybe the power switch jumper is bridged or the power switch on the case is faulty
