If it's 76% through it's likely to finish without errors. But these are crashing when you go to 3D for any game? Could indicate it's not the memory.

DFI , intresting, i looked at thoses before i got this ga board i was looking at DFI Lan Party LP UTX48-T2R Intel X48 but read that it has a stupid chipset heat sink so got the ga at last minute before i ordered...

this is true hulk, but to puzzeling thing is that if i role on 2 x 1gb sticks its all fine, can even run the gpu oc'ed...this is a diff one to solve

soo...memtest passed ok, as you predicted!

booted in to windows, tried ut3, that worked so humm. so far so good so now i am running furmark in extream mode and orthos at the same time, been ok for 10 mins now so we will see!

the only diff this time is that i jacked the volts up by 1 notch for mch and ram...

so if OC will allow me to change the board think i might anyway, is the dfi worth a go do you think?

so, the pc has been stable now for two hours running furmark in stable test mode and authos at the same time...so i am thinking its nearly there.

think i changed a setting relating to stable power line or somting like that...anyhow looks like its stable now. hope it lasts
