help please irritating auto run programs

Hi have been upgrading Pc and now have 2 auto run programs that are becoming very annoying whenever I try to access the internet

1. Windows installer constantly starts up
2. Hp smart web printing starts up
Both gather information and keeep commencing installation (which has already been done) and both list a bunch of files missing.

Tried deleting HP smart web to no avail

any ideas?

I have used this program for a long time now and all it does is stop annoying stuff like this from even starting as soon as you boot your computer. You can see a list of all the auto-start programs and disable them. Its helped me a lot. I own an HP Deskjet so I know what youre on about
