help please

ok so ive got this computer to look at which has gone wrong when you turn it on the screen is blank so ive checked the psu and the 3.3v light is not on so ive changed the psu turned it back on still nothing no post, no bios nothing. its all lite up but no ones home would i be correct in thinking that the mobo has gone to the great scrapheap in the sky as ive plugged the monitor into the graphics card and also ive tried the vga on the mobo but still blank.

any help is much appreciated

Yea does sound like your motherboards gone, try unplugging everything but ram and graphics card, if that doesn't work then try 1 ram stick and graphics card, if not then see if the motherboard beeps when u power it up without ram or graphics card (look at manual for what the beeps mean) if no beeps i think your motherboard is dead, too many a time has this happen to me and its the motherboard.
