Help Please

Hi friend is having a problem when hes playing EVE well and any game really. There is a kind of flickering on the screen, ive managed to get it to be a lot better than it was by forcing Vsync in CCC. Unfortunatly there is still some flicker there and its constant It only seems to happen in games.

Ive checked the GPU Drivers they are upto date.

Hes running a Phenom II 940 and 4850 x2.

DVI, VGA, monitor...need more info.

have you tried a different cable ?
have you tried different drivers ?
have you tried a different graphics card ?

if yes to all the above then its probably your monitor
