I need some help for an RSS grabber that requires as little of JavaScript etc. as possible now I was thinking of having the server parse the RSS feed and send it it as pure HTML but how would I go about doing this? If not does anyone an as small as possible JavaScript way of doing this?

I don't quite understand your question, but all I wanted to say was that I use a little applet from Feedburner, which can automatically display the titles of the last five items from an RSS feed. It's available within the Feedburner interface, under the Publicise functionality.
Other than that, there are lots of open source tools for displaying RSS on a web page, so see what you can find there.

You probably want php for this more than javascript if you want the server to parse the RSS feed's.
