would my case fans plug into my psu or my mobo? i think the fan plugs are called (molex) i think. the only only reason is that they wont fit onto my mobo, cus the fan plugs are massive.

This will allow the fans to work with fan headers on motherboards, are these std fans which come with the case.

If the plugs are molex connections, then yes you can plug them in to the PSU.
