Ive just been out to check my spark plugs to see what the color was like and found that the plugs in the middle two pots were at leats 1/2 way submerged under oil......

Now the rocker cover gasket springs to mind but i need to confirm with you guys..

Also what else could be damaged? leads?

EDIT: sorry its a civic with a B18c4 motor

Cheers

Yeah thats the problem....

Yes then rocker gasket. Clean the area up and give it a day - you'll soon see for sure where it's coming from.

Unless you or someone spilt oil there when last filling/topping up the oil?

Hmm thats a good point... my oil level hasnt changed but i let the muppets at Kwick Fit do my last oil changed... and the bolts accessing the spark plugs were very tight! (i didnt put them that tight)

Going to put it all back together now and go for a blast and see what happens.

so the leads should be OK?

Cheers

Well its defo the seals but not the rocker cover seals....

Its the ones that squash betweet the rocker cover and the head.. just little things but the are £3.40 each from honda...

I got a new rocker seal anyway...

Went i took the car for a test drive the holes filled up with about 30min of driving :(

Cheers for the info
