Help quick

I have just put together this build:

P5B-E
E6300
Corsair XMS2

Upon first boot i cant get into bios setup by pressing del key then it goes on to a screen that says

NO IDE MASTER HDD detected
cmos settings wrong
overclocking failed
Go into SETUP.

and a whole load of other stuff detected ram and sata hdd etc and then it shuts down in 15 seconds.

But i cant get into setup as it doesnt work.

SATA HDD
IDE DVD-DLR/W

I have tried resetting cmos via manual instructions but was no different. I can get into bios ez flash utility by press alt+F2 though. anyone got any suggestions?

i have just updated bios aswell and it still doesnt work. before it goes to the above stuff it shows 0DD): NEC Dvd - (serial number)

press any key to continue and then it goes to stuff above.

Please help soon, i need this pc up and running soon.

Yep they definitely are.
