Help re aligning ssd with gparted

I have a 39.19mib partition labled as system reserved that i'd like to realign, i cannot resize it for some reason as the number value options are greyed out in gparted. The main partition is from an image of my 3 disk raid array using acronis TI. Any help would be appreciated.

If your using win 7 or vista i believe it requires this partition

I am using windows 7, can I increase this partition so the main partition is aligned?

As ssd reports 40162k bad and I think it's affecting performance. Is it possible to increase the system reserved patition so the main partition is propperly aligned ?
