Help Reduce the Sound of my PC !

paxmate will only work on the higher frequencies due to the design and thickness, most people only buy it to finish off the look of their Eclipses (myself included)

what case/psu/cpu cooler/fans/gfxcard/diskdrives do you use? where do you hear most of the sound coming from?
 
That stuff has an adhesive backing where you just remove the paper and stick it on after you have cut it to shape as far as I know.

And as for making it quiet, you could try the following:
Tightening all your screws right up
Bungee modding your drives
Putting the case on a fabric surface such as a carpet (I use a sheet of underlay which I cut to size)
