Help req media sharing to PS3

Ok my network is as follows.
Router plugged straight into internet connection, no modem. #1 on router plugged into homeplug A, homeplug B connected to PC Gigabit LAN. PS3 connects to network via wifi. I cannot share any content between my PC and my PS3. The PC will find the PS3 via Media Player 11 but it will not connect or share any content. I have the PC and PS3 connecting via static IPs to the router. The router is a DLink DI 524.

I think that the problem is due to my homeplug setup as they are part of my network but I have very little control over them. Do I effectively have 2 networks due to the homeplugs? My PS3 will not show uPNP as working after lots of fiddling, this makes no sense as my PS3's IP address is static from my router and is also in the DMZ as I could not see the point in forwarding ports to it.
I only have these IP addresses setup to work right now via my router
192.168.0.100-105
