Well, here with GTX 570 1080p ultra i got around 30-50 fps. At the street 40 ish.
If the guy wants to run this game in 4K , need lot off horsepower in GPU. I wouldn't even try on my rig 2560x1600. I don't wanna see 5-10 fps.

Nah I settled for 2k, still a way to go the achieve an affordable 4K rig.
