Help required please with survey for college project :)

I have to do a 5000 word essay for college on a subject of my choice (for which I have chosen the smoking ban - for the record, I'm a non-smoker who disagrees with it).

I would be extremely grateful for anyone completing it... it's only 17 questions (less for men / those without children) and it's all multiple choice, taking a maximum of a few minutes to complete.

The survey is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL - you are not required to input any personal info - the results are send to me in bar/pie chart format (with which I will write my assignment up, they will go no further).

From this I learned that my heart rate is 54BPM and is irregular... Oh... Ummmm

But those average heart rates seem incredibly high! Under 85 bpm is "excellent"? Isn't the average 60-100 bpm?
 
Done the survey but your heart rates in the questionnaire are waaaaay off. For an average adult resting heart rate should be between 60-100 if they are clinically well. I personally would just remove the heart rates from that particular question and not base fitness level on that.
