Help required plz

Hi a friend of mine wants to connect a cb radio into his astra on a R plate think its a mk2 ?
Not to sure
Right is there any rubber grommets easy to get at the bulkhead put through the dc cable to the car battery
My friend is disabled and wont be down at my house till Sunday
i want to be able to car and say yes here it is and bingo find the rubber grommet to able me to do the job so any help on the fitting a dc cable through to the car battery would be very helpful

me and a mate did this to my volvo. he "hardwired" it up to the ciggie lighter so it doesnt go off with the engine. pretty simple to do

yes but this cb draws 22 amps at max power so can not connect to the ciggie lighter too much current for a normal 10 amp ciggie lighter

thanks for the help but it would be very dangerous indeed
the cb unit pwr out put is 100 watts or 22 amp at 12.8 v dc
so thats out of the question
