I'm tring to set up RAID on a Asus P5K prem.

The manual says set the S-ATA BOOT to enabled.. But I can't find it?

I've updated BIOS too.

Any ideas as i can't access the RAID menu?

Thanks

The RAID setup guide in the manuals is generic and not board specific. All you have to do is change the configuration to 'RAID' as you have done (there is no SATA Bootrom option on newer boards, as the BIOS can be set to boot from a RAID without the need for that option)

Once you've changed the configuration to RAID, hit F10 to save your changes and reboot. When the system restarts, hit Ctrl i (for "Intel") to enter the RAID setup utility and configure your array. It may take a few restarts to get into the utility, as you have just a second or two for the Ctrl-i command to work.

i've got a p5k wifi, just looked in my bios and there is a sata raid option as follows:

Main -> SATA Configuration -> Configure SATA as -> RAID

(I have options for IDE, RAID, AHCI)

hope this helps admiral
