Help selecting parts <£300

AS5 isn't the best TIM around, infact it needs 200hours to "cure", you're better off with MX4 or MX3. Although to be honest, you don't need any time, the retail coolers come with TIM pre-applied.

Also, as above, RAM?!

If you can afford a SSD, go for it :) Use it as OS / program drive, I know I'll never go back to mechanical, they make using Windows so smooth. You can wait a bit for it of course.

Maybe worth considering a Phenom II processor, although I'd still take a SSD over a quick processor given your usage.

OOps missed the Ram off ok here's the list.
Different people suggest different parts so which is the better options? and what are the reason don't know whats what so any help would be appriciated I'd like to order today.
SSD i'll wait a couple of months for the new technology.
Thanks,
Chris.

mobo, I merely recomended the 760G (yes right one) as its cheapest, so if it does everything you need of it then theres no point spending more, the other 2 are newer and better but as youre working on a relatively small budget just trying to save you money, theres not much between the other two, both good makes, the gigabyte has integrated gfx, if youre bothered about that, both PSUs are good, the BeQuiet marginally better, but its marginally more expensive too

Ok Then this is it then?

Still got some space on my budget (~75)
