Help - Server drive completely out space

To be honest that's not entirely bad practice, keeping all your data on the C drive on the other hand is. An intelligently configured 2k3 box shouldn't need more than 8GB on the C drive as has been said already...

Agreed in principle but setting c: with 8GB is still retarded.
It also happens to be the out of the box default config for IBM ServerGuide so someone was happy to spam the 'next' button on initial setup probably.

OP: Check VSS cache assuming you've moved pagefile et al
