Help setting up HDD

I got 1 HDD that has OS on C:

and another that has all my documents on E:

I know if i start saving files they will automatically save onto the C:. So how do i set i up so anything i save will automatically save on to the E:

p.s. IDE connecetions. C: is the master and E: is the slave.

At first, you should write what OS you are using?

Do you mean your DOCUMENTS or PROGRAMS (including games, etc)?
