Help setting up SLI

Hey all, i purchased a prebuilt computer a couple of month ago but since then i have formatted but now i have lost the SLI settings and i have no idea how to set them back up again.

Im currently in nvidia control panel and it says SLI disabled but there is no option to turn it back on again and it also says phyx is set to cpu
 
in the control panel where it says 'set SLI and PhysX configuration'
On the right hand side SLI configuration check the box that says 'maximise 3D performance'
Thats it all done!
