Help spec me a suitable rucksack

Kriegas are designed with biking in mind but that does not make them ONLY bike riding backpacks.
It doesn't mean they're as good as other solutions either, especially when the OP's party has specified exactly what he wants...

If everything "designed with XYZ in mind" were that good, we'd all be buying those - The amount of products designed with gamers in mind, for example, that are inferior to those just designed better, period.
 
Although same principles apply, having weight on your back isn't a good idea, for braking means you have that mass pushing you forward, and in acceleration and cornering too.
You can load against this, to a great degree. Low-slinging the pack, for example, will push more forward and down on your hips and tailbone a bit like having a pillion but better, especially under braking.

A lot of it is personal preference too, though.
