Right, ordered a GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 for 115 pounds delivered.
Will order processor and 8GB of corsair XMS3 (probably) sometime next week.
Thanks for all your help, might post an update with some pics when they get here!

Will be picking up a better PSU from sales.

Bump:
Will be ordering processor +RAM soon. Think I might buy the OEM processor so can anyone recommend a cpu cooler that will fit this motherboard and corsair/kingston ram which I take it are 'low profile'?
Preferably under 30 pounds too.

What case do you have? need to make sure the side panel fits back on with a tall heatsink.

Sorry, should have said, got a coolermaster HAF 912 Plus.
Have a CNPS 9900 LED inside at the moment, but am selling it with my old processor.

That case has a max cooler height of 175mm.
