My PSU recently died a death on me and after opening up my machine and stripping it down ready for its new heart, I realised now would probably be a good time to upgrade anything else while im at it.
I mainly use my machine for gaming (things like World of Tanks, Skyrim, Arma II, Borderlands 2 and some RTS games) and have noticed it struggling recently, especially with the New WOT graphics update, im only getting about 35 fps tops maxed out.
Im assuming its my video card thats the main culprit, but heres my current spec anyway to see what else needs upgrading :

ASUS Crosshair Formula 4 (Reluctant to change)
AMD Phenom II 955 clocked as standard
Sapphire Toxic 5850 1gb version
4 x 2GB Corsair XMS 3 @ 1600mhz
Ill be powering my upgrade build with a 750w EVGA psu
Ideally I want to keep the mobo, ram and case and would like to chuck in a decent liquid cooler unit but not full on water cooling.
My budget is about 100-150 per upgrade item but I would like a decent bang for buck gfx card so could stretch the budget for that.
Any help would be great as I havent built a rig for over 5 years and am a bit out of touch with the New socket types and cards.
